After retraining on Hurricane at No. 6 O.T.U. at Sutton Bridge he came
on 15th October to No. 310
Czechoslovak Fighter Squadron.
On 27th April 1942 he was transfered to No. 234 Squadron to Portreath where he flew Spitfire VB. From the end of 1942 to 1943 he served at 286 Sq Army Co-operation Command. Then he served as instructor at 57. OTU and at the least he was air controller. After 1948 when the Communist took over in CSR he was in March 1949 arrested for 11 years !!! From 1968 he lived in England where he died on 9th January 1984. |
